Set up and Delivery

Backyard parties are the mainstay of our business. We expect the quality of our performance to exceed your expectations. Our customers are our best source of new business and we hope your party experience with us helps get the good word out. This should be one of the easiest parties you've ever had.

WHAT WE DO:

1) Confirm all delivery times the week of your party.
2) Maintain an on-call service to trouble shoot.

3) ***Have your equipment installed well in advance of your party.

4) ***Return to pick-up the equipment at an agreed upon time.

***unless other arangements are discussed and agreed upon.

WHAT YOU DO:

1) Identify a primarily level surface for our installer. (most surfaces are fine)

2) Make available an electrical outlet within 100ft of the equipment. (we supply the extension cord)

3) Follow the safety rules stated on the invoice and the equipment.
